기기를 바꿔도 이어서 할 수 있나요?
Game Center(iOS) 또는 Google Play 게임즈(Android)에 로그인한 상태로 게임을 켜면 진행 상황이 클라우드에 저장되고, 새 기기에서 같은 계정으로 켜면 이어집니다. 게스트 상태의 저장은 앱을 지우면 되찾지 못할 수 있습니다.
산 상품이 들어오지 않았어요.
게임을 완전히 껐다가 다시 켜면 지급되지 않은 구매가 자동으로 들어옵니다. 광고 제거는 설정 › 구매 복원으로 되살릴 수 있습니다. 그래도 안 되면 스토어 영수증의 주문 번호와 함께 문의해 주세요.
환불은 어떻게 하나요?
환불은 구매한 스토어(App Store 또는 Google Play)의 절차를 따릅니다. 자세한 조건은 이용약관 제4조를 봐 주세요.

로비 › 설정 › 계정 › 클라우드 데이터 삭제를 누르거나, 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침 3번에 있습니다.

Can I continue on another device?
If you open the Game while signed in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), your progress is saved to the cloud and continues when you open the Game with the same account on a new device. A guest save may not be recoverable after you uninstall the app.
I did not receive something I bought.
Close the Game completely and open it again; undelivered purchases are granted automatically. Remove Ads can be restored under Settings › Restore Purchases. If that does not help, contact us with the order number from your store receipt.
How do refunds work?
Refunds follow the process of the store where you bought the item (App Store or Google Play). See section 4 of the Terms of Service.
I want my data deleted.
Use Lobby › Settings › Account › Delete Cloud Data, or email us at the address above. Details are in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
