이 약관은 AI Tech Lab Studio(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 에그벤처: 사라진 알들(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
제2조 (이용 허락)
개발자는 이용자에게 게임을 개인적이고 비상업적인 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 권리를 줍니다. 게임과 그 안의 그림, 음악, 글, 코드에 대한 권리는 개발자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
제3조 (계정과 저장 데이터)
게임은 Google Play 게임즈 또는 Apple Game Center 계정, 또는 기기에서 만든 게스트 계정으로 진행 상황을 저장합니다.
게스트 계정은 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 되찾지 못할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 설정에서 클라우드 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제한 데이터는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
제4조 (게임 재화와 유료 상품)
코인, 보석, 카드 같은 게임 재화는 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있고 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
유료 상품은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 결제 수단으로 구매합니다. 구매하고 아직 쓰지 않은 유료 재화는 구매일부터 7일 안에 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이미 썼거나 구매 즉시 적용되는 상품은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 환불 절차는 구매한 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.
확률에 따라 내용이 정해지는 상품(카드 상자)의 확률은 게임 안 상점의 "확률 보기"에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
게임에는 이용자가 직접 고를 때만 재생되는 보상형 광고가 있습니다.
제5조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
게임 데이터나 순위표 기록을 조작하거나, 허가받지 않은 프로그램으로 게임을 이용하는 행위
게임을 분해·변조하거나 무단으로 복제·배포하는 행위
다른 이용자에게 불쾌감을 주는 표시 이름을 쓰는 행위
이런 행위가 확인되면 개발자는 순위표 기록을 삭제하거나 해당 계정의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)
개발자는 게임의 내용, 수치, 이벤트를 바꿀 수 있고, 운영이 어려우면 서비스를 끝낼 수 있습니다. 서비스를 끝낼 때는 30일 전에 게임 안이나 스토어 페이지에 알립니다.
제7조 (책임의 한계)
개발자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 이용자의 기기 문제처럼 개발자의 책임이 아닌 이유로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령에서 달리 정한 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.
These terms set out the conditions for using Eggventure: The Lost Eggs (the "Game"), a mobile game provided by AI Tech Lab Studio ("we"). By installing or using the Game you agree to these terms.
2. Licence
We grant you a right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights in the Game and its art, music, text and code belong to us or the rightful owners.
3. Accounts and save data
The Game saves your progress with your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account, or with a guest account created on your device.
A guest account may not be recoverable if you uninstall the app or change devices.
You can delete your cloud data in Settings. Deleted data cannot be restored.
4. In-game currency and paid items
In-game items such as coins, gems and cards can only be used inside the Game. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
Paid items are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may withdraw from a purchase of unused paid currency within 7 days of purchase. Withdrawal may be limited, to the extent the law allows, for items that have been used or that apply immediately on purchase. Refunds follow the policy of the store where you bought the item.
For items whose contents are decided by chance (card chests), the odds are shown under "Odds" in the in-game shop.
The Game includes rewarded ads, which play only when you choose to watch one.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
tamper with game data or leaderboard records, or use unauthorised programs with the Game;
reverse engineer, modify, copy or distribute the Game without permission;
use a display name that is offensive to other players.
If we confirm such conduct, we may remove leaderboard records or restrict the account.
6. Changes and termination of service
We may change the Game's content, numbers and events, and may end the service if it becomes difficult to operate. If we end the service we will give notice in the Game or on the store page 30 days in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures or problems with your device, except where the law provides otherwise.
